The short version
- One tablet per serving, 60 per bottle. The panel lists 18 vitamins and minerals plus a 646 mg organic food blend; 15 of those nutrients sit at 100% of the Daily Value or more, and iron is 2.5 mg (14% DV).
- $38.00 for 60 tablets on Sep 30, 2026, which works out to about $0.63 per labeled serving ($38.00 ÷ 60).
- The trade-off is the tablet itself: no sugar line on the panel, but the binder list includes organic dextrose, gum arabic and a coated finish, and the tablet is meant to be taken with food.

The listing's directions read "Adults take 1 tablet daily with food. Not intended for children." The strip draws that serving; it is not our suggestion to take it.
What the label shows
We read the Supplement Facts panel from the label image on the Amazon listing for the 60-tablet bottle (ASIN B00K5NEMJM) on September 30, 2026. Serving size is 1 tablet; servings per container, 60. The listing title has dropped the older "mykind" wording, and the bottle front now reads "Organics · Women's Once Daily Multi · Whole Food Supplement". Every amount and percentage below is copied from that panel.
| Nutrient | Per serving | % Daily Value | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vitamin A (as beta carotene from organic food blend) | 900 mcg | 100% | Supplied as beta carotene rather than preformed retinol. |
| Vitamin C (from organic food blend) | 90 mg | 100% | Exactly the DV. |
| Vitamin D (D3 from lichen) | 25 mcg (1,000 IU) | 125% | Lichen is a non-animal source, which is how a D3 can be vegan. |
| Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol from organic food blend) | 16 mg | 107% | The natural "d-" form. |
| Vitamin K (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae) | 120 mcg | 100% | Yeast-derived; relevant if you take warfarin (see below). |
| Thiamin (vitamin B1 from organic food blend) | 1.38 mg | 115% | |
| Riboflavin (vitamin B2 from organic food blend) | 1.5 mg | 115% | |
| Niacin (from organic food blend) | 18.4 mg | 115% | The listing warns this amount can cause a flush in some people. |
| Vitamin B6 (from organic food blend) | 8.5 mg | 500% | The highest %DV on the panel. |
| Folate (from organic food blend) | 400 mcg DFE | 100% | Listed as food-blend folate, not folic acid. |
| Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin from S. cerevisiae) | 5 mcg | 208% | The methyl form; see our methylated guide. |
| Biotin (from organic food blend) | 120 mcg | 400% | |
| Pantothenic acid (from organic food blend) | 5 mg | 100% | |
| Iron (from organic food blend) | 2.5 mg | 14% | A low iron amount for a multi. |
| Zinc (from organic food blend) | 3.9 mg | 35% | |
| Selenium (from organic food blend) | 55 mcg | 100% | |
| Manganese (from organic food blend) | 0.8 mg | 35% | |
| Chromium (from organic food blend) | 35 mcg | 100% | |
| Organic food blend | 646 mg | no DV | The front panel says "over 30 powdered fruits, vegetables & herbs"; no individual amounts. |
What is missing matters as much as what is there. The panel has no calcium, magnesium, iodine, copper or potassium lines, so this is a vitamin-forward multi with a handful of trace minerals. The food blend opens with Sesbania grandiflora leaf, amla fruit extract, apple, curry leaf and guava, and runs through berries, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, garlic, cabbage, kale and more. Because the blend is a proprietary total (646 mg), the label does not say how much of any single plant is in a tablet.
What the format changes
One piece, but a crowded one. The whole serving is one tablet, which is the main convenience of the format. Compare that with a gummy multi such as the SmartyPants Adult Multi & Omegas, where a serving is several pieces. The tablet carries 18 listed nutrients plus the blend and the binders, so it is not a small pill. The listing does not publish its dimensions and we did not measure one.
"Whole food" on this label means a sourcing claim, not a different kind of nutrient. Almost every line on the panel says "from Organic Food Blend", which tells you where the manufacturer says the vitamin came from. It does not change the unit it is measured in or what the % Daily Value means. Vitamin D (from lichen), vitamin K and B12 (both from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a yeast) are the exceptions named on the panel.
No sugar line, but a sugar in the binder. The panel declares no sugars, which for a tablet is normal. The "Clean Tablet Technology Blend" in the other ingredients does include organic dextrose, alongside organic gum arabic, a coating of organic tapioca maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, palm oil and guar gum, organic brown rice and organic potato starch. The amount of dextrose is too small to need a Supplement Facts line, but it is there.
Vegan tablet, no gelatin. The box and bottle say "60 vegan tablets", and the packaging carries a Certified Vegan mark from the American Vegetarian Association. A tablet does not need a gelatin shell the way a softgel does, which is one reason plant-only multis tend to come as tablets or veggie capsules.
With food, once a day. The directions tie the tablet to a meal. That also suits the fat-soluble vitamins on the panel (A, D, E, K), which MedlinePlus says are absorbed more easily in the presence of dietary fat [3]. Our fat-soluble vs. water-soluble guide explains the difference.
What the evidence says about the nutrients
A multivitamin is a bundle, so the useful government facts are about individual lines. MedlinePlus notes that fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) are stored in the liver, fatty tissue and muscle, while vitamin C and the B vitamins are not stored, apart from B12, which the liver can hold [3]. That is why stacking a multi on top of single-nutrient products matters more for some lines than others. Vitamin D here is 25 mcg (1,000 IU); MedlinePlus lists the adult RDA as 600 IU (15 mcg) through age 70 and the upper limit for adults as 4,000 IU (100 mcg) a day [4]. If you also use a vitamin D drop such as Carlson Super Daily D3, add the two together.
Vitamin K is the line to look at if you take medication. MedlinePlus explains that the body needs vitamin K to make clotting factors, and that vitamin K can affect how the blood-thinning medicine warfarin works, so steady intake matters for people on it [5]. This tablet provides 120 mcg per serving.
On niacin, MedlinePlus describes flushing (warmth, redness, itching or tingling of the face, neck, arms or upper chest) as an effect of niacin supplements when they are given as a medical treatment, and notes that the nicotinamide and niacinamide forms do not appear to cause side effects [6]. The panel here does not name the form of niacin. The Amazon listing's own safety note says the 18.4 mg can cause a flush in some people and suggests taking the tablet with a meal.
This is an iron-containing tablet (2.5 mg). Federal labeling rules require solid supplements that contain iron as an iron source to carry a warning that accidental iron overdose is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 [7]. Whatever the exact wording on your bottle, keep it out of children's reach. If you take warfarin or any prescription medicine, ask your pharmacist about the 120 mcg of vitamin K first.
Price and where it is sold
On September 30, 2026 the Amazon listing showed $38.00 for the 60-tablet bottle, in stock, shipped and sold by Amazon.com. At one tablet per serving that is about $0.63 per labeled serving ($38.00 ÷ 60 servings), or roughly $19 a month at that serving. The listing marked the item as non-returnable for food-safety reasons. Prices move; read these as a dated observation, not a current quote. See the listing on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Seals: the bottle and listing images show USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, NSF Certified Gluten-Free and American Vegetarian Association Certified Vegan marks, the bottle carries a kosher parve symbol, and the listing text says it is certified kosher. We did not confirm these in the certifiers' own directories. Note that the NSF mark here is a gluten-free certification, which is a different program from NSF's contents-testing certifications.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone who takes warfarin or another prescription medicine should check the vitamin K line with a pharmacist or clinician before adding any multi.
- People looking for a multi with calcium, magnesium or iodine will not find those lines on this panel.
- Anyone who has had a niacin flush, or wants a smaller pill, may prefer a different tablet such as Nature Made Multivitamin with Iron; compare the panels line by line with our % Daily Value guide.
- The directions say it is not intended for children.
